I and other current Fable Hill homeowners are supportive of the further development of the Fable Hill area and have no issues with the proposed amendment. However, I would request that approval of any such amendment and approval of any future development of the Fable Hill 4th Addition be contingent on the existence of a separate construction entrance to the Fable Hill 4th Addition area from Elmcrest Ave to the northwest. I and many Fable Hill homeowners have lived in Fable Hill for ten years now and have had to deal with on- going construction traffic coming into and out of the neighborhood at the Fable Hill main west entrance off Elmcrest and proceeding through the neighborhood on Fable Hill Parkway. A number of years ago we were assured by the developer (Len Pratt) that he was in advanced negotiations to arrange for the construction entrance to/from Elmcrest Ave using what is called "Street 1" on the approved plat. We were lead to believe that such an entrance was imminent. Well, 3-4 years later we see no evidence of a construction entrance. It is well passed the time when such a construction entrance is necessary. Again, my request would be that any approvals to advance future Fable Hill development be made only on the condition that there be a separate construction entrance before such development and home building is initiated.
