r CITY OF <br />EST. 1906 <br />: rr <br />Event Name: New Life Church Outdoor Service <br />Location: 6000148' Street North <br />Date: Sunday, September 10, 2017 <br />Time: 9 a.m. <br />Responsible Person: David Streitz 651-27-7442 <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Special Event Permit <br />An application has been submitted by Devid Streitz on behalf of New Life Church to hold <br />their regular 9 a.m. service outdoors on Sunday, September 10, 2017. An outdoor <br />amplified system will be used during the service. Ordinance requires a Special Event <br />Permit approved by Council for events using an amplified system. <br />CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff finds the event will have no negative impact on the health, safety, and welfare of the <br />community.
