RESOLUTION 2017 - <br />APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR CHRISTOPHER <br />CLAUSEN TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 15995 FI NLEY AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been f i I ed by Christopher Clausen that requests approval <br />of an encroachment agreement to al I ow construction of an accessory structure to be <br />located within a drainage and utility easement on the property located at 15995 Finley <br />Avenue North, I egal I y described as fol I ows; <br />Lot 20, Block 1, Creekvi env Preserve 2nd Addition, Washington County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement, with the following conditions: <br />1. A building permit must be submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Building <br />Department, pri or to i nstal I ati on. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF H U GO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />encroachment agreement for Christopher Clausen on the property located at 15995 Finley <br />Avenue North. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 21"' day of August, 2017 <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
