ORDER <br />Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions contained herein and <br />records before the agency, the DNR directs the following revisions to the relevant PWI maps in <br />order to correct errors in the original inventory process: <br />1. The subject watercourses identified in Exhibit A are removed from the county PWI <br />maps. <br />2. The subject watercourses identified in Exhibit A are removed from the buffer <br />protection map. <br />Notice of any revision to the county PWI maps resulting from this Order shall be sent <br />to the auditor of each affected county in accordance with Minnesota Statutes <br />Section 103G.201(a) (2016). <br />APPEAL <br />The foregoing constitutes a final Order of the Commissioner and is subject to review by <br />certiorari in accordance with the procedures of Minnesota Statutes chapter 606. <br />Approved and adopted this 13th day of April 2017, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br />d U - <br />Luke Skinner <br />Director, Division of Ecological and Water Resources <br />4 <br />
