All roof and ground -mounted mechanical equipment shall be completely enclosed <br />with building materials compatible with the principal structure and painted to blend in <br />unobtrusively with their background. All roof top mechanical equipment and ground <br />equipment shall be screened from view of adjacent properties. Ground -level <br />mechanical units shall be low profile and located to the side or rear of the building. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />10. The applicant shall submit cut sheets for the wall mounted light fixtures to be <br />reviewed and approved by staff. All fixtures shall be downcast cut-off fixtures. <br />11. The internal roof drainage system that shall be integrated into the building design and <br />shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />12. The applicant shall submit a plan for the location and screening method for roof top <br />and/or ground mounted mechanical equipment. City staff shall review and approve <br />the location and the screening method for the equipment. <br />13. The applicant shall continue to work with staff on the size, location, and design on the <br />stormwater management facilities. <br />Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />14. All roof top and/or ground mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from <br />view of adjacent properties. Staff shall perform an inspection when equipment is <br />installed to ensure compliance with City code. <br />15. The applicant shall submit a design for the ground cover for review and approval by <br />staff. An installation and maintenance schedule from the contractor installing and <br />maintaining the ground cover shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />16.
