�t1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006- <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE <br /> REGULATIONS) OF THE CITY CODE AMENDING SECTION 1025 NON- <br /> CONFORMING BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, USES,AND LOTS TO ALLOW <br /> THE EXPANSION OF A LEGAL NON-CONFORMING COMMERCIAL/ <br /> INDUSTRIAL USE WITH A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND WITH <br /> SPECIFIC FINDING BY THE CITY COUNCIL THAT THE PROPOSED <br /> EXPANSION WILL REDUCE THE IMPACTS OF THE LEGAL NON- <br /> CONFORMING COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL USE ON THE SURROUNDING <br /> PROPERTIES <br /> THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br /> Section 1. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend Section 1025-020.1 <br /> to allow the expansion of a legal nonconforming commercial/industrial use with a <br /> Conditional Use Permit and with specific finding by the City Council that the proposed <br /> expansion will reduce the impacts of the legal non-conforming commercial/industrial use <br /> on the surrounding properties in terms of activity, noise, traffic, light, appearance, outside <br /> storage of vehicles, equipment, or materials, or other issues pertinent to the specific <br /> property and use involved. <br /> Section 2. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction <br /> adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any <br /> other provision of this Ordinance not specifically included with that judgment. <br /> Section 3. Effective Date.
