EXAMPLES OF SOLUTIONS: <br /> The City Staff has recognized the request and has come up with possible solutions to the issue. <br /> 1. The City could revise the zoning ordinance to allow a restaurant use in the <br /> Residential Service district with the restriction that alcohol could not be served <br /> and to prohibit drive thru restaurants. <br /> 2. The property could be rezoned to a commercial district to allow the restaurant use <br /> with a conditional use permit for the daycare facility. <br /> 3. The owners of Tasty Asia are encouraged to expand their business in an alternate <br /> location with appropriate zoning. <br /> 4.
