Otherwise, such action can be takent <br /> the same time as final action is taken on the TIF Plan. It is our intention to lead the City Council/Economic <br /> Development Authority in a discussion of the following issues relative to the review of a TIF Plan: <br /> • The purpose of a TIF Plan <br /> • The primary policy points relative to the TIF Plan <br /> o Fiscal Disparities <br /> o Pooling <br /> o Other <br /> • The TIF Plan budget <br /> o Estimated Public Costs <br /> o Sources of Revenues <br /> ■ Tax Increment estimates, assumptions <br /> • The remaining process of adopting a TIF Plan <br /> We will be available at the meeting to present these issues for discussion and address any questions you have at <br /> that time. <br /> Public Sector Advisors <br />
