Y <br /> Exhibit VI <br /> REDEVELOPMENT QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DISTRICT <br /> Following is a summary of the facts that support the finding that the District is a redevelopment district as defined in <br /> Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.174, subd. 10(a)(1). The findings are based on reports, as prepared by City building <br /> officials and dated . The Reports and all background materials related to the Reports are on file in City Hall. <br /> The attached chart summarizes the findings made in the Reports. Additional comments are as follows: <br /> 1. The district contains 125 parcels, shown on the map in Exhibitâ–º and described in Exhibit II. <br /> 2. As of the date the Reports were prepared, the District was occupied by 96 buildings. Of those, 57 were found to be <br /> substandard buildings and 39 buildings were not found to be structurally substandard. Thus, 59.38%percent of the buildings <br /> are substandard. <br /> 3. The 9 buildings that are deemed substandard, including one building with no resolution declaring it substandard, were <br /> demolished within three years before the expected date of filing for certification of this District.
