City of
HUGO
HUGO CITY HALL, 14669 FITZGERALD AVE. N. HUGO, MN 55038 (651) 762-6300 FAX (651) 426-2859
October 16, 2007
w<AddressBlockw)
aGreetingLine»»
The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development has designated the week of
October 22nd through the 28`h, 2007 as "Minnesota Manufacturer's Week" statewide. As a show of
support for this event and for our local manufacturers, the Hugo City Council unanimously approved a
proclamation at its October 15 meeting designating the week as, "Minnesota Manufacturer's Week in the
City of Hugo" (proclamation enclosed).
This event provides the City of Hugo with a great opportunity to recognize and thank local manufacturers
and businesses, such as yours, for providing the City of Hugo with jobs, a solid economic base, and for
making Hugo a great place to live. Minnesota Manufacturer's Week also provides us with an opportunity
to better understand our area manufacturers and build stronger ties to the business community.
On behalf of the City of Hugo, the EDA, and the HBA, I would like to once again thank you for choosing
to do business here in Hugo, and for being a valuable asset for our community. I look forward to your
continued business success.
Sincerely,
Fran Miron
Mayor
Enclosure
C: Hugo City Council
Economic Development Authority
Hugo Business Association
Michael Ericson, City Administrator
Bryan Bear, Community Development Director
