b) Reading Program or Literacy Charity <br /> c) Other: <br /> 12.Volunteers — Janine, Mike and Paula <br /> Update from Paula— I have made the initial contact to Rita Leonard at White <br /> Bear South Campus. I have found that the seniors are very reliable in many <br /> past events. I am also suggesting that we do not split the shifts. They should <br /> arrive early and stay until the end of the event. Unless they have specific time <br /> constraints or we just do not have enough for them to do this is what has <br /> worked best in my experience. I have created a volunteer spreadsheet and <br /> suggest having a volunteer check-in the day of the event. In order to <br /> successfully meet the volunteer requirements we will need a list of games <br /> and the number of volunteers required per game. In addition we will need <br /> the following: <br /> a) Food Vendors—one per vendor <br /> b) Door Greeters—four volunteers <br /> c) Tickets—four trusted adults <br /> d) Food/Beverage vouchers for all volunteers <br /> e) Bags—volunteers to fill bags prior to the day of the event—a MUST! <br /> f) Clean-up—try to have at least a dozen WBL students assist clean-up <br /> 13.
