f7orr%4 La-I4 <br /> MINIMUM STANDARDS APPLICABLE TO Y <br /> ALL COMMERCIAL/BUSINESS DISTRICTS - <br /> §153.324 - r <br /> To ensure attractive commercial/business development, the <br /> following design standards shall apply to all commercial/business <br /> development in the NC-Neighborhood Commercial, B1-Broadway <br /> Business, B-2 Highway Business,and B-3 Limited Industrial Business <br /> Districts. <br /> Visual Interest and Building Materials: <br /> All new building fronts and refacing of existing buildings, shall <br /> include a minimum of three(3)of the following elements: A visually pleasing primary front entrance should be clearly articulated and obvious <br /> a) Architectural detailing, such as cornice,awning, parapet, or from the street <br /> columns. <br /> Architectural detailing, such as cornice, awning, r ! - <br /> b) A visually pleasing primary front entrance that,in addition to parapet or columns should be used to add interest and <br /> doors,shall be accented a minimum of one hundred fifty (150) character t the buildings <br /> square feet around the door entrance for single occupancy <br /> buildings and a minimum of three hundred(300)square feet <br /> total for the front of multi-tenant buildings(this area shall be <br /> counted as one element).
