Limited Industrial Business District (B-3) - §153.329 <br /> Purpose: <br /> Limited Industrial Business District(B-3)District is to provide <br /> a district that supports a mix of industrial and commercial <br /> development. <br /> Design Character: <br /> The overall character of the Limited Industrial Business District <br /> (B-3)is intended to have a low impact manufacturing/warehouse <br /> character. Industrial uses in this district shall be limited to those The overall character is intended to have a low impact manufacturing/warehouse <br /> that can compatibly exist adjacent to both lower intensity business character <br /> uses and high intensity manufacturing uses and can have limited <br /> amounts of truck traffic in comparison to high intensity industrial <br /> districts.
