' (5 WAKOTA commercial advisors The resume of Wakota's retail land sales, both as Seller's representatives and Buyer's representatives is vast. • Wakota has represented AutoZone, Inc. in its land acquisitions for over 6 years, and we've represented AutoZone in the purchase of land and buildings for over 30 sites in the state of Minnesota and western Wisconsin. • Wakota's brokers worked with developers,Centres Inc.,in the acquisition of sites from Nebraska to Maryland for retailers such as Bridgestone Firestone, Office Depot, and M& I Bank. • The brokers at Wakota developed Oak Park Heights Marketplace, and as developers,acquired the land,worked through the city processes,contracted and constructed a retail building occupied by: Starbuck's,Verizon Wireless, SuperCuts and others. • The brokers at Wakota listed and sold 45 acres of land at Radio Drive and Valley Creek Road in Woodbury. A portion of the site was sold to Trammel Crow Residential for the construction of high-end apartments. A portion of the site was sold to the YMCA. A portion of the site was sold to TCF bank. A portion of the site was sold to Kowalski's market, and a portion of the site was sold to a local townhome developer. • Wakota Brokers listed the largest privately held tract of land in the state of Minnesota, 8,375 acres in Biwabik MN. • Wakota brokers sold the former Jim Lupient Auto Dealership in NE Minneapolis. The team was then retained by the buyer to lease the property as multi-tenant retail, office and rental housing. The property was 100% occupied at the end of our assignment. • Wakota brokers listed and sold a former landfill site in the city of Minneapolis, developed as a Whole Foods grocery store,with ancillary small shop retail space.
