A portion of the site was sold to Kowalski's market, and a portion of the site was sold to <br /> a local townhome developer. <br /> • Wakota Brokers listed the largest privately held tract of land in the state of Minnesota, 8,375 acres in <br /> Biwabik MN. <br /> • Wakota brokers sold the former Jim Lupient Auto Dealership in NE Minneapolis. The team was <br /> then retained by the buyer to lease the property as multi-tenant retail, office and rental housing. The <br /> property was 100% occupied at the end of our assignment. <br /> • Wakota brokers listed and sold a former landfill site in the city of Minneapolis, developed as a <br /> Whole Foods grocery store,with ancillary small shop retail space. <br />
