Prior to demolition, the City may conduct public safety training drills including the Hugo Fire Department and Washington County Sheriff's Department. 4.) Owner consents to the entry of the City, its employees, consultants and contractors upon the property to perform the work permitted hereunder and waives claims for loss, cost or damage therefrom. When the City determines that it has completed the work, it shall send a notice to Owner and record notice at the Office of the Washington County Recorder. The work shall be complete not later than sixty (60) days after execution of this Agreement barring unforeseen delays. 5.) Assessment.
