UPDATE ON THE MARKETING CAMPAIGN Staff has started to compile information for the multimedia marketing campaign. The next steps are to showcase the information in an interesting way on the City's website. Staff is working with Gov Office, which hosts the website, to make updates to the website. Staff has enclosed the strategic plan for the marketing campaign for the EDA's review. The EDA can add items to the plan at the meeting if they would like. 5. UPDATE ON GREATER MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP Staff attended the Greater MSP meeting on September 29, 2011. Staff will update the EDA on the meeting. 6. UPDATE ON DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT Staff will update the EDA on the progress of downtown redevelopment 7. UPDATE ON BOOT CAMP FOR ENTREPRENEURS Staff will update the EDA on the Boot Camp for Entrepreneurs. 8. CITY WIDE BUS TOUR—OCTOBER 15,2011 The 6`" Annual City Wide Bus Tour is on Saturday, October 15, 2011, at 10 am. Enclosed is the flyer for the tour. If you would like to RSVP at the EDA meeting you are more than welcome. 9. UPDATE ON MEETING DATE CHANGE FOR THE EDA/PLANNING COMMISSION CITY IDENTITY WORKSHOP—NOVEMBER 17, 2011 AT 7 I'M There is a conflict with the previous meeting date of November l t, 20l L The I-35 W/E coalition is meeting that night. The Planning Commission rescheduled the date to November 17, 2011.
