135E <br /> ❑ Resurfacing Project <br /> ❑ Continued from 2011 Ro'edA`ea 2' <br /> Project <br /> ❑ Reconstruction along s' <br /> north bound track 3X <br /> 10 <br /> o Highway 96 to mounds <br /> 135W/E split view Whe <br /> D Estimated to be 96, <br /> finished in by 4" of 6 <br /> July <br /> Summer 2012 <br /> Resurfacing of the northbound lanes resumes late on April 1, and traffic will be reduced to a <br /> single lane in each direction between County 96 in White Bear Lake and the 1-35E/1-35W split in <br /> Columbus(south of Forest Lake). <br /> Paving is expected to be completed in early June, and traffic will be returned to its four-lane <br /> configuration as crews finish the shoulder paving, paving tie-ins at each end of the project and <br /> removal of all temporary bypasses. <br /> Some off-peak lane closures may be scheduled through late June, 2012, when the project is <br /> completed. <br /> Work on the southbound lanes of 1-35E was completed last year in the same area. <br /> Construction schedule <br /> Ramp Closure Schedule: <br /> 35E ramps at Anoka County 96 closing from April 13 to May 3 <br /> 35E ramps at Anoka County 14 closing from April 25 to May 8 <br /> 35E ramps at Anoka County J closing from May 9 to May 14 <br /> By late summer 2012 all traffic will be returned to its four-lane configuration to finish the <br /> shoulder paving, paving tie-ins at each end of the project and removal of all temporary <br /> bypasses. Motorists will encounter some off-peak lane closures to finish this work. <br /> 6 <br />
