4. <br /> Hugo REALTORS®Forum <br /> Course Description: <br /> The Hugo REALTORS® Forum is a morning course designed to teach and update <br /> Realtors on information regarding the City of Hugo. The course will focus on the unique <br /> aspects of the City that may interest potential buyers. The instructors will showcase <br /> various City programs and services, community features, school districts,public safety, <br /> and the vision of Hugo. This course will allow participants to have a better <br /> understanding of the City of Hugo and the character and quality of life aspects the <br /> community offers. <br /> Learning Objectives: <br /> The course will have the following learning objectives: <br /> • Get to know your local government officials, and what provisions they offer <br /> for the community <br /> • Get a better understanding of the City services,particularly those offered by <br /> City officials, school districts and public safety <br /> • Learn about the opportunities for economic development present in the City <br /> • Be enlightened with the recent development taking place, and how it has <br /> enhanced the City and its character <br /> • Become familiar with the communication efforts and initiatives being used to <br /> promote the City's amenities and features for future buyers <br /> • Learn about the various programs provided by the community <br /> • Gain an understanding of the plans for Hugo, especially the downtown area, <br /> and how it will positively impact the City <br /> • Provide an opportunity for realtors to ask questions <br />
