One formal presentation meeting to City Council and key stakeholders. <br /> Total Cost for Staff Time—Market Analysis: 518,500.00 <br /> COST OF SERVICES <br /> Update Market Assessment and Strategic Plan <br /> The work outlined in the preceding Scope of Services is proposed to be completed for Eighteen <br /> Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($18,500.00), including the cost for out-of-pocket expenses for <br /> postage, photocopying, outside data purchases, two copies of the printed report and one elec- <br /> tronic copy. An executed contract agreement is required prior to the commencement of work. <br /> The balance of the contract amount will be due in installments monthly as work is completed <br /> on the project. <br /> Any additional research or meeting time requested by the Client beyond the Scope of Services <br /> outlined above will be billed at our standard hourly rates for staff time which range from $55 to <br /> $150 per hour. <br /> WORK PRODUCT <br /> The work completed under the Scope of Services will be presented in bound report format. <br /> COMPLETION TIME <br /> The work outlined under the Scope of Services will be completed within Ninety(90) days of the <br /> authorization to proceed with the study unless delayed by unexpected emergencies, forces be- <br /> yond the control of one or both parties or by written agreement of the parties. <br /> MAXFIELD RESEARCH INC. <br />
