Goals of the RFQ <br /> This RFQ is designed to provide interested respondents with basic information to submit a <br /> proposal that will meet the purpose, qualifications, and desires of the project. It is not <br /> intended to limit request content or exclude any relevant information. Respondents are <br /> encouraged to expand upon the minimum requirements of the RFQ. <br /> IV. Realtor Qualifications <br /> a. Shall be licensed and in good standing with the State of Minnesota. <br /> b. Shall have an excellent reputation in the commercial real estate community. <br /> c. Shall be knowledgeable in the local real estate market. <br /> 1. Desired Realtor Commitment/Contributions <br /> a. Understand the Downtown Master Plan and Design Guidelines. <br /> b. Demonstrate the expertise necessary to market commercial property. <br /> c. Demonstrate experience in Restaurant real estate transactions. <br /> d. Develop a strategic marking plan for the sale of the property. <br /> e. Provide summaries of contacts that have been made throughout marketing process. <br /> f. Provide suggestions on how the property could be more marketable. <br /> V. Submittal Requirements <br /> A complete submittal shall contain the following: <br /> 1. A cover letter summarizing the offer being proposed and the realtor's level of <br /> understanding of the request and commitment desired. <br /> 2. Specific details of the proposed services and qualifications: <br /> a. Proposed commission. <br /> b. A list of publications or websites in which the property would be listed. <br /> c. A detailed description of experience marketing vacant commercial property <br /> i. A list of at least three references of the sale of comparable properties <br /> sold. <br /> ii. Experience with locating a restaurant on a vacant site in the last 5 <br /> years. <br /> d. A statement of qualifications <br /> 3 <br />
