III. INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS <br /> A. All proposals should be sent and all questions and correspondence should be directed <br /> to: <br /> City of Hugo <br /> Attn: Bryan Bear <br /> 14669 Fitzgerald Ave N <br /> Hugo,MN 55038 <br /> (651) 762-6320 <br /> B. All proposals must be received no later that 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 27, 2005 <br /> Fifteen (15) copies of the proposal must be presented. The copies shall be sealed and <br /> clearly identified with"Development Proposal" by the submittal deadline. <br /> C. In order to be considered a valid proposal, each proposal must meet the following <br /> requirements: <br /> a. Written proposals received after 2:00 pm 05/27/2005 <br /> will not be considered. <br /> b. Each proposal must be signed by an officer of your company who can be <br /> held accountable for all representations. <br /> D. The proposal shall be limited to a maximum of 20 pages,printed on one side. <br /> Additional material, other than that requested by the City of Hugo,will be disregarded. <br /> E. The City will review the proposals, and will schedule interviews for finalists <br /> F. Proposers are prohibited from contacting any representatives of the City Council for <br /> purposes of lobbying to secure this contract <br />
