4. Size and structure of the firm. <br /> 5. Potential increase in land value <br /> 6. Potential number of jobs created <br /> 7. Timeliness of construction of property <br /> 8. Letter of intent from potential tenant <br /> Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by a subcommittee of the Hugo Economic <br /> Development Authority(EDA). The subcommittee will include the City of Hugo Administrator, <br /> Community Development Director, and three Board members of the EDA, one of whom is also a <br /> City Council Member. The evaluation will be provided to the EDA to be used in the selection of <br /> developers for final interviews. <br /> The proposals selected for final interviews will be required to submit final site proposals prior to <br /> developer interviews. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted and to request <br /> additional information from proposers. The award made will be the firm, which, in <br /> the opinion of the City, is best qualified, and provides the greatest increase to the City's tax and <br /> employment bases. <br /> IX. PRELIMINARY PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> ❖ Proposals Due: May 27,2005 2:00 pm <br /> ❖ Finalist Notified: Tentatively scheduled for June 3, 2005 <br /> ❖ Developer Interviews: Tentatively scheduled for June 20,2005 <br /> ❖ Award of Contract: Tentatively scheduled for first Council Meeting in July <br />
