Summary <br /> Corporate Managers —Salary/unless otherwise designated shall be responsible <br /> for all corporate compliance, including accounting, finance, regulatory (Federal, <br /> State, local) personnel policies, payroll, personnel records, emergency <br /> procedures. Will assume operation manager duties, depending on client <br /> occupancy. <br /> Operation Manager (Salary) <br /> Shall be responsible for day-to- day operations. <br /> ➢ Scheduling of Pet Technicians. <br /> ➢ Job descriptions for each Pet Technician. <br /> ➢ Training of all Pet Technicians. <br /> ➢ Ensure pets care, health, safety and minimize stress. <br /> ➢ Billing procedures followed by staff. <br /> ➢ Opening/closing. <br /> ➢ Communications between Pet Resort, Pet, Pet owners and family. <br /> ➢ Report to Corporate Managers. <br /> ➢ Reporting to Operation Manager is Assistant Manager and all employees. <br /> ➢ Entrance exams of all pets. <br /> Assistant Manager (Salary) <br /> ➢ Has all of the same duties of Manager in their absence. <br /> ➢ Direct contact to Pet Technician. <br /> ➢ Training Pet Technicians. <br /> ➢ Makes daily assignment for staff, including cleaning, food preparation, <br /> medical needs, laundry services and bathing assignments. <br /> ➢ Report to Operations Manager <br /> ➢ Entrance exam of all pets. <br /> Pet Technicians (hourly staff, full and part-time) <br /> ➢ Cleaning facilities and grounds. <br /> ➢ Laundry services for Pets. <br /> ➢ Handling of Pets. <br /> ➢ Food preparation and delivery. <br /> ➢ Understands emergency procedures. <br /> ➢ Pet pickup/delivery. <br /> ➢ Pet cleaning and bathing. <br /> ➢ Providing care if special needs are required, such as medication or <br /> mobility assistance. <br /> ➢ Keep equipment in good order. <br /> ➢ Provide inventory needs for supplies to manager. <br /> ➢ Reports directly to Assistant Manager or Operations Manager as <br /> necessary. <br /> ➢ Not to communicate with Pet owners. <br />
