Ordinance. <br /> S) Approval herein is also given subject to ful:L <br /> compliance with the Findings of Fact as adopted by the Planning <br /> Commission and City Council. <br /> t) Deed restrictions shall advise owners of all <br /> lots of the requirements of this Development Agreement as follows : <br /> THE LAND WITHIN THIS PLAT, INCLUDING THE LAND CONVEYED HEREIN, IS <br /> BOUND BY RESTRICTIONS IN A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. SAID <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT IS ON FILE AT THE OFFICE OF THE WASHINGTON <br /> COUNTY RECORDER. <br /> U) The Developer shall seed the soccer field and <br /> the park area in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> prepared by the City Engineer for $4, 500 . 00 paid to the Developer <br /> by the City and the seeding shall be complete no later than May 1, <br /> 2000 . <br /> 13.
