Past events and experience at Woodloch Stables include High School Rodeo <br />Finals and 4 to 6 horse shows for the last 25 years and Warrior Dash Mudding <br />event in 2012 and 2013. <br />Event will be covered with Insurance under CCI Underwriters. <br />Onsite Sanitation will be providing porta potties with a handicap accessible one. <br />Still working on outside vendors for concessions. <br />Would like to have the local Hugo police, Washington County Sherriff and Hugo <br />Fire department involved with the kids at the Spooktacular Fall Harvest event if <br />possible. <br />We would love to provide a safe and fun event for kids and adults for the <br />Halloween and Fall season. <br />Attached will be a copy of Hugo Permit Application, Risk Assessment and Event <br />Site Map. <br />Property Owner Bill Ramberg <br />Date <br />Property Owner Fred Macalus Date <br />Event Applicant Mike Short Date !C, /,:I- <br />
