Chris talked about their capital campaign and how they <br />reached their goal and paid off their mortgage this past March. <br />Council asked about future expansion plan and whether they accepted fresh produce from <br />gardens. Chris responded they were keeping their options open for future expansion but not <br />actively fund raising. The food shelf was built on the current property to allow some expansion. <br />Fresh produce can be dropped off when they are open 4-7 p.m. Monday through Friday or <br />arrangements can be made by calling or emailing. <br />Approval of the Consent Agenda <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda items. Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Matt Klein <br />Public Works Worker Matt Klein was hired by the City of Hugo on August 27, 2012. Adoption <br />of the Consent Agenda approved the Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker <br />Matt Klein. <br />Approve Resolution Amending Preliminary Plat and PUD for Fable Hills 4' Addition <br />Elmcrest Investments, LLC, had requested an amendment to their preliminary plat and PUD to <br />add three lots to the existing approval for Fable Hills 4th Addition. The previous approval <br />consisted of 46 detached villa lots and 14 single family home lots for a total 60 lots. The <br />applicant requested a change to allow 54 detached villa lots and 9 single family home lots for a <br />total of 63 lots. In 2015, the applicant final platted 26 of the detached villa lots.
