In doing so we narrowed down our search to 3 communities, with <br /> Hugo being one of them. <br /> Underground Tools Inc. (UTI) is a relatively young and progressive company. <br /> Incorporated in June of 2003. UTI supplies and markets trencher parts, directional <br /> drilling drillpipe and accessories to the construction industry throughout the entire world. <br /> We are currently leasing two 6,000 square foot office/warehouses in Roseville. UTI is a <br /> privately owned corporation founded and owned by three equal shareholders. All three <br /> are full time active employees with combined experience of over 60 years in sales, <br /> management, and manufacturing of products for the underground construction industry. <br /> UTI has been fortunate to have showed healthy profits every quarter since its inception. <br /> The growth has been great but controlled enough to handle without sacrificing our <br /> service to our existing customer base. UTI has built an image and reputation of being the <br /> most reliable, knowledgeable, and competitive supplier in our industry. <br /> ' UTI always maintains a clean friendly, fair and creative work environment that respects <br /> Y � Y� p <br /> diversity, new ideas, and hard work. UTI is currently employing nine people and a <br /> forecasted 15 employees by the end of 2005 and 24 employees by the end of 2006. We <br /> will be looking for local light manufacturing, assembly, sales, accounting and <br /> administrative employees. UTI also will be using local services such as welding shops, <br /> courier service, machine shops etc. <br /> ' Throughout our search we have concluded that we think Hugo and the site we looked at <br /> are a great fit for our growing business. We like the location for many reasons. It is <br /> centrally located for all three owners. One of the owners was raised on Bald Eagle Lake <br /> and currently resides in Mahtomedi. Hugo is easily accessible for all of our needs. Hugo <br /> is a growing community in which we would like to grow with.
