The City of Hugo shall cooperate with the City of Lino Lakes to develop <br />appropriate trail connections between the two cities. There is a trail along <br />CSAH 8 that connects the two cities. If development occurs along the border <br />of the cities, this will continue to be evaluated. <br />65. Through City plan review, the City shall require appropriate screening of <br />developments adjacent to land use changes and natural resources as deemed <br />necessary by the City. This measure has been followed and will continue to <br />apply. <br />66. The City shall provide municipal services to the study area. These services <br />include storm sewer systems, sanitary and water service, and City streets. <br />These services will be constructed as part of development. The City shall continue to work with the White Bear School District to address <br />the needs for additional elementary schools. Oneka Elementary School was <br />constructed within Waters Edge and Heritage Ponds. <br />VI. AUAR Update Review <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Rules 4410.3610 Subp. 7, this AUAR Update has been submitted <br />for a ten-day comment period. The City Council will consider adoption of this <br />document after the required ten-day comment period.
