The City will continue to strive to improve water quality through the implementation of these rules as well as other BMP's. Should the City want to propose any changes that would affect TH 61 in the future, please contact the Dmitry Tomasevich, the Area Engineer, and work with MnDOT to ensure that there is a coordinated plan. Response 1: No response necessary. Comment 2: Bicycle and Pedestrian: The proposed AUAR appears to take all the current and proposed bicycle and pedestrian trails and routes into consideration. However, the Trail and Sidewalk Plan (Figure 3) shows the already established Hardwood Creek Regional Trail as a snowmobile trail and not a regional trail. MnDOT suggests that designation be changed.
