September 24, 2017 <br />To City, of Hugo City Council, <br />We are writing in objection to the proposed assessment for the North Sunset Lake Area Street <br />Improvement Project. Our piece of property located at 13040 Ingersoll Ave N does not fall on 132"d <br />Street. We purchased the home and 5 acres in lune from the Sathre's. They split the land into 2 other <br />parcels: 10 acres on Ingersoll Ave N and an additional 20 acres on 132"d Street. These were sold to <br />separate parties.
