TERMINATION <br />6.1 LESSEE may terminate this Lease for any reason at any time upon giving nine 90 <br />days written notice of such termination to LESSOR. <br />6.2 LESSOR may terminate this Lease upon giving ninety (90) days written notice of such <br />termination to LESSEE for the following reasons:. <br />a. Pursuant to Clause 17 below; OR <br />b. Property is needed for governmental services, including but not limited to: tower <br />space, shelter space, or other required governmental services. <br />c: After initial ten years LESSOR has annual termination option without reason. <br />6.3 Any fixtures or equipment attached to, or installed in any part of the Premises by <br />LESSEE shallremain the personal property of LESSEE with right of replacement or <br />removal at all reasonable times during the Term of this Lease, or any Renewal Period. <br />6.4 LESSOR and LESSEE hereby agree that LESSEE shall not be reimbursed by LESSOR <br />for any investment or expense incurred by LESSEE as a result of this Lease upon <br />expiration or termination of the Lease. <br />7. SURRENDER OF LEASED COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY LESSEE hereby agrees that at <br />the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease or extension thereof: <br />7.1 Personal Property Any fixtures or equipment attached to, or installed in any part of the <br />Communications Facility by LESSEE shall remain the personal property of LESSEE <br />Agreement No. 2017 -CE -Hugo Hugo Water Tower <br />Page 4 of 19 <br />
