Resolution 2017 - <br />Adelaide Landing Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />p) The property owners association shall be responsible for maintenance of all <br />development signage and landscaping within the outlots, common space, and the <br />130`h Street roundabout. <br />Streets/Access <br />q) The street sections shall be revised to meet City specifications. <br />15. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br />a) The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br />documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br />b) The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br />c) The stormwater re -use system design shall be reviewed and approved by staff. The <br />stormwater re -use operation and maintenance agreement shall be approved by the <br />City. <br />d) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br />submitted for City review and approval. <br />16. Prior to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy: <br />a) Park improvements: <br />i. Grading and seeding within the City owned outlot (Oulot A, County <br />Ponds) and the area south of the powerline easement.
