Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for October 2,2017 <br /> Page 4 of 7 <br /> from Ranger Chevrolet located in Hibbing, MN. This truck would be purchased off a Mn/DOT <br /> contract through the Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) assuring the City of a fair and <br /> discounted price of$28,813.86 plus tax and licensing. The cost of this truck is as expected, and <br /> staff had budgeted appropriately for the replacement. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved <br /> the purchase of the 3/4 ton Chevrolet through the State of Minnesota Cooperative Purchasing <br /> Venture for a price of$28,813.86 plus tax and licensing. <br /> Approve the replacement of Public Works Vehicle 114-07 <br /> Included in the City's 2017 Budget was funding for the purchase of 3/4 ton pickup truck to replace <br /> d the department's aging 2007 Chevrolet 25001-11). Staff had worked to research and specify the <br /> appropriate truck to meet the needs of the Public Works Department and recommended <br /> purchasing a 2018 Chevrolet pickup truck from Ranger Chevrolet located in Hibbing, MN. At its July 17, <br /> 2017, meeting the Council authorized staff to update the AUAR and provide for agency review. <br /> All required agencies had commented and no revisions were required. Adoption of the Consent <br /> Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2017-36 AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF THE <br /> EVERTON AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD STUDY AREA ALTERNATIVE URBAN <br /> AREAWIDE REVIEW (AUAR) UPDATE. <br /> Approve Resolution Approving Adelaide Landing Final Plat and Development Agreement <br /> The Excelsior Group requested approval of a final plat in order to plat 81 lots and 6 outlots on a <br /> 216 acre parcel located east of Highway 61 and north of 130th Street.
