RESOLUTION NO. <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL OR PORTIONS OF ROADWAYS IDENTIFIED AS <br />THE ONEKAL LAKE BOULEVARD AND HARROW AVENUE IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 250t" Street from Goodview Avenue to <br />approximately 300 -ft east of Harrow Avenue and Harrow Avenue from Oneka Lake <br />Boulevard to 165t" Street and to potentially assess the benefited property for a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement for study be ordered and that the engineer is instructed <br />to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary <br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a <br />description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected <br />parcels. <br />This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hugo on the 6' day of <br />November, 2017, by a vote of Ayes and Nays. <br />ATTEST: <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />(seal) <br />
