Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for October 16,2017 <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br /> Discussion on Contributions from Charitable Gambling <br /> Haas added this to the agenda to reference the report provided by the City Clerk on <br /> disbursements made by organizations conducting charitable gambling in establishment in Hugo. <br /> It was noted that some organizations are not donating the requested 15-100% back into the Hugo <br /> Community. <br /> Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to direct staff to send a"thank you" to those organizations <br /> and a reminder to donate the requested percentages. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Oneka/Harrow Road Proiect Neighborhood Meeting on Thursdav, October 19, 2017 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council a meeting had been scheduled with property <br /> owners on Oneka Lake Boulevard and Harrow Avenue to discuss a potential 2018 street <br /> improvement project. The meeting will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 7 p.m. at the <br /> Rice Lake Centre. <br /> Ground Breaking Event on October 23, 2017 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council they had been invited to attend the ground <br /> breaking ceremony at the site of the future Good Life Senior Living at the southeast corner of <br /> TH61 and 130th Street on Monday, October 23, at noon. <br /> Klein made motion, Petryk seconded, to schedule the Good Life Senior Living Ground Breaking <br /> on October 23, 2017. <br /> All Ayes.
