A RESOLUTION 2017-41 <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL OR PORTIONS OF ROADWAYS IDENTIFIED <br />AS THE ONEKAL LAKE BOULEVARD AND HARROW AVENUE IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 250'h Street from Goodview Avenue to <br />approximately 300 -ft east of Harrow Avenue and Harrow Avenue from Oneka Lake <br />Boulevard to 165"' Street and to potentially assess the benefited property for a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429: and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Minnesota, that the proposed improvement for study be ordered and that the engineer is <br />instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary <br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether <br />it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to <br />calculate individual assessments for affected parcels. <br />ADOPTED by the Hugo City Council this 6"' day of November, 2017. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
