To whom it may concern <br />We are requesting a variance for an addition onto our <br />existing shed. The size of our existing shed is at the max square <br />footage allowed by the current zoning ordinance. <br />It is needed to help keep clutter and other things out of the <br />yard and safe in a building. <br />The location of the property is unique since we do not have <br />neighbors to the south or west of our property and the front is the <br />street (see attached map for a reference). We are backed up to Egg <br />Lake and on a corner. The addition to the existing building is in the <br />back yard and on the opposite side from the neighbors to the east <br />of us. <br />The addition will be set back far enough from the property <br />line, enough that it will not impact any water table lines and will <br />not block passage to the rest of the property if needed. <br />The construction of the addition will not impact and or <br />change the character of the neighborhood in any way. It will be out <br />of sight from the roadway and it will not be visible from any <br />houses near us. <br />The construction of the addition will match the existing <br />building and house. <br />I feel the request should be granted due to the location, size <br />of our property and the location of the shed. It will look good and <br />not impact the neighborhood in any way.
