2. Should the Owners not bring the property into compliance within thirty (30) days of the <br />serving and posting, the following shall be performed by the City, including but not limited <br />to the following actions: <br />a. The City Building Official shall enter upon the Property and mark each piece of rubbish <br />or junk vehicle using spray paint. Thereafter, if the items are not removed within ten <br />(10) days, then the City may enter on the Property and remove them at cost to the <br />Owners. <br />b. Any costs incurred by the City shall be assessed as taxes. <br />3.
