CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br />The applicant has provided a sketch plan for the City Council to review. The applicant would <br />like feedback on the site plan, architecture, and rezoning of the property. <br />There are details on the plan that have not been fully evaluated since this is a sketch plan <br />application. At the time a site plan application is submitted, they will be further evaluated with <br />additional information that will be required. It's in staff's opinion that the important question is <br />the rezoning of the property from NS to C-2. If the City Council is comfortable with the <br />rezoning, they should discuss items that are important to the general layout and the how the <br />property is used in regards to the transitions between land uses. <br />Attachments: <br />1.
