PLANNING COMMISSION UPDATE: <br />At its February 22, 2018 meeting, the Planning Commission considered the approval of the <br />Conditional Use Permit (CUP) review for Lametti & Sons, Inc. The Planning Commission had <br />no questions and agreed if the business was in compliance with the standards outlined in the <br />CUP, the review should be approved. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Review for Lametti & Sons, Inc. <br />2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REVIEW: <br />At its January 2, 2007, meeting the City Council approved a conditional use permit (CUP) for <br />Lametti & Sons, Inc. on the property located at 16028 Forest Boulevard. The CUP allows interior <br />and exterior storage of material and equipment, and processing of cured -in -place pipe that will be <br />completed inside of an existing building. <br />Condition #12 of the permit states that the CUP shall be review every five years from the date of <br />issuance. The last approved review of the permit took place on November 19, 2012. Staff visited <br />the property on January 29, 2018, and is not aware of any violations of the existing conditional <br />use permit. <br />
