As a taxpayer, I would support the <br />exploration of this technology. <br />I think the takeaway is that as the city deals with the aftermath of the White <br />Bear Lake lawsuit, there may be other water supply options to consider besides <br />piping the Mississippi River all the way to Hugo, which is problematic, at the <br />very least, for a lot of reasons.
