The vast majority <br />of framing appears in good condition, but <br />there is severe water damage to the roof <br />decking adjacent to the chimney. <br />Lower level/basement, looking southwest. <br />The foundation wall and exposed structure <br />are in good condition. Ceiling lath is visible <br />in the upper right corner, likely as a result <br />of water damage along the chimney. <br />Furnace room, looking north, showing <br />the original furnace manufactured by the <br />American Foundry & Furnace Company. <br />Board formed foundation walls, ceiling, <br />and brick furnace enclosure appear free of <br />damage. <br />
