Large colonnaded hotels and fine summer homes <br />lined Lake Avenue, airy pavilions dotted the shore. and <br />excursion boats cruised regularly across the lake. <br />! The Fillebrown House was built for St. Paul businessman <br />I Charles P. Noyes in 1879.
