12150 Upper Heather Ave. N <br />Hugo, MN 55038 <br />nxtwind@comcast.net <br />Dellwood Ridge <br />HOA <br />February 26, 2018 <br />Dear Mayor Weidt and Hugo City Council Members: <br />On behalf of the entire Dellwood Ridge Neighborhood, I would like to respectfully ask <br />the city to take on payments and maintenance of the Dellwood Ridge neighborhood <br />street lights in the same manor the city currently provides for other neighborhoods. <br />I have been managing the Dellwood Ridge neighborhood lighting program for <br />approximately 4 years. Prior to that, John Belisle and Wayne Ellison have managed the <br />program dating back to 1991. We essentially collect $100 from each of the 33 <br />households in Dellwood Ridge. The money is deposited and electronically paid to cover <br />the monthly Xcel Energy invoice (approximately $212/month) for electric utility and <br />maintenance. <br />We greatly appreciate your consideration for this request.
