ENFORCEMENT OF GROUNDWATER APPROPRIATION PERMIT: <br />1.6 WHITE BEAR LAKE. <br />1.7 (0 Until ........ the commissioner of natural resources must not suspend or revoke a water <br />1.8 appropriation permit, issue an order requiring a violation to be corrected, assess monetary <br />1.9 penalties, or otherwise take enforcement action against a water appropriation permit holder <br />1.10 if the sus ension, revocation, order, penalty; or other enforcement action is based solely on <br />1.11 a violation of a rermit requirement required by the order of the Second Judicial District <br />1 12 Court in Case No. 62 -CV -13-2414. <br />1.13 ( h ) The commissioner of natural resources maN continue to use all the authorities �-,ranted <br />1.14 to the commissioner under Minnesota Statutes, section 103G.287, subdivision 4, to manage <br />1.15 groundwater resources within the north and east groundwater management area. <br />1.16 EFFECTIVE DATE.
