Washington County Open <br />to Business Program <br />Beginning in July 2017 the Community Development Agency Board (CDA) <br />approved an 18 -month contract with the Metropolitan Consortium of Community <br />Developers (MCCD) to begin operating the Open to Business Program in <br />Washington County. Open to Business is a great resource for small and emerging <br />businesses in Washington County that may need support with business feasibility, <br />planning, financing, licensing, and regulatory issues. The Mayor focused <br />on economics and demographics of the area and how they relate to City activities <br />from 2017.
