Planning Commission <br />October 13, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Approve November 10th and December 15th Planning Commission Dates <br /> <br />Juba stated that at the beginning of the year, the Planning Commission approved the meeting dates for 2016. <br />Juba stated that the Planning Commission should formalize the request, due to the holiday season, that the first <br />meeting date in November (November 10th) shall be the only meeting in November and the meeting in <br />December should take place on December 15th instead of the regularly scheduled meeting dates. <br /> <br />Patzner made a motion, Lessard seconded, to approve the change in Planning Commission dates for the month <br />of November and December to November 10th and December 15th. <br /> <br />All Ayes, motion carried. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Commissioner Rosenquist made a motion, Commissioner Lessard seconded, to adjourn at 7:11 p.m. <br /> <br />All Ayes.
