Ms. Kyle was previously the Sen- <br />ior Vice* President of Strategic Development at the St. Paul Port Authority, where she worked in <br />business development and was involved in many projects including CHS Field, the St. Paul Police <br />Safety Training Facility, and the Treasure Island Center redevelopment project (formerly the Macy's <br />building). Prior to that, she worked in the financial services industry and in sales. <br />A <br />Jonathan Weinhagen is the President and CEO of the Minneapolis Regional Chamber where he <br />leads three distinct but connected entities: the Minneapolis Regional Chamber, the Bloomington <br />Chamber of Commerce, and the Northeast Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce, involving more <br />than 1,000 business members from around theTwin Cities. Mr.Weinhagen was previously with the <br />St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce (SPACC) and also serves on the MoundsView Public Schools <br />Board of Education. <br />
