In particular, <br />we have reviewed the following plans related to this particular request: <br />• Schwieters Expansion Project Narrative prepared by AMI Consulting Engineers dated <br />4/10/2018 <br />• Landscape Plans prepared by AMI Consulting Engineers dated 4/10/2018 <br />• Civil Plans prepared by AMI Consulting Engineers dated 4/10/2018 <br />• Architectural Plans by AMI Consulting Engineers dated 4/10/2018 <br />• Lighting Plan by Mlazgar Associates dated 4/10/2018 <br />Based on the review of the site plan, we offer the following comments related to this application: <br />Final Plat <br />1. Provide additional drainage and utility easement for the sanitary sewer (45' wide) <br />extending along the eastern property line to a point 15' past the southernmost manhole. <br />Stormwater Management <br />2. The applicant is proposing to utilize pretreatment ponds, infiltration basins and filtration <br />basins to conform with stormwater management requirements. Treated Stormwater is <br />discharged into the wetland complex to the west as well as the storm sewer system along <br />the east side of Fenway Avenue. <br />3. Stormwater management is designed to accommodate this initial phase as well as future <br />buildout phases for the site. <br />4. Required freeboard from groundwater, 100-year high water levels, and emergency <br />overflow elevations with respect to the lowest floor elevation are met. <br />S.
