Date: 3/15/2018 CONTRACT This Contract entered into this 15th day of, MaY 20 18 , engages the services of PC Pyrotechnics Inc, (hereinafter referred to as "PC PYROTECHNICS j to produce and perform a firms oft display under the following terms: 1. PC PYROTECHNICS reserves the right to make substitutions as reasonably necessary. All subshtultions will be of equal or greater quality, quantity, and value. 2. PC PYROTECHNICS shall provide qualified nicians who will deliver, set-up, execute and take down the fireworks display. The pyrobechnidans shall oondLKt an after --display search of the grounds in an effort to locate and dispose of any unexploded or deted;ve fireworks. ie extent of such search shall be reasonably didabed by such elements as prevailing weather conditions, location ofdIs*r sight, time of oompletion of display, etc... . 3. PC PYROTECHNICS shall provide Liability Insurance (induding spedator and property coverage) in the amount $2,000,000 naming the Sponsor as an additional Insured. 4. The cost of the display will be $ 4,500.00 _ . At the time of signing of this Contract, -Sponsor'will pay a nonrefundable deposit amount of 50% The remaining balance will be paid by Sp nsor prior to the -display being fired. S. The date of the display will be 6 �' d®� , at 10:00 PM. In case of inclement weather, the display will be rescheduled for at PM. In the event indement weatherfornes the cancellation of the display, Sponsor will pay 10% of the contact total, to cover ecpenses of redisplaying the display. If the display is not rescheduled; Sponsor will pay 20% of the contract total for transportadon; labor; and re:#oddng charges. Ite decision to proceed with the display based upon Inclement wean w shall be made by the Spxmw. PC PYROTECHNICS shall have complete authority to cancel the display if, in the reasonable opinion of PC NICS, the health, safety, and well being of the pyrotedmidans and/or spedatois or property would be jeopardized by proceecling with the display. 6. Sponsor shall proaure and furnish a suitable on for the fireworks display in accordance with NFPA 1123;, and shall seaahe-all'police, fire, local and stage perms, and.II.arrange for all.secu*. bonds as required. by 6w.4br.the1ocation of the display. Sponsor shall fumtsh all rieoeary police,fire and other appropriate protection necessary floc propercibvi►d control, control, in clearing of Jebris aft3erthe display.
